Well, it’s bad for me.
Because on House last night, there was a patient with mysterious symptoms and delusional behavior. Well, that’s every episode, practically.
But, SPOILER ALERT!!!, they thought he might have multiple sclerosis. But not any old kind. The bad kind, they called it. Marburg Variant MS.
Yes, I went straight to the web to look it up, despite earlier protestations. But I’m happy I did. Because I discovered this.
I bet a lot of neurologists got calls from terrified MS patients this morning.

HAHA Yeah, I quit watching when I was diagnosed with Lupus. Scared the crap out of me and sent me googling way too often. =)
I’m addicted to House but got a little scared when my sister was having all kinds of breathing problems and they told her it might be pulmonary fibrosis — a scary disease House rattles off quite often. Luckily, that’s not what she had.
I love house. My doctor hates it when I look up stuff on the web!
